Team Leiden

The Leiden University Medical Center (LUMC; The Netherlands) is member of the European Reference Network (ERN GENTURIS) and is highly involved in research focusing on germline variants of DNA repair genes and their consequences for carcinogenesis. Our current research focuses on exploring the molecular and immune profile of colorectal carcinomas from patients with Lynch syndrome, aiming to better understand the underlying mechanisms of cancer development in Lynch syndrome patients.
